A Brief Historical Prospective of our Growth: Mr. N. N. Jain, a great visionary established the company 6 decades back when it was only engaged in business of Financial Trading and Investment. It was soon realized that globalization was happening at a very furious pace and there was a need for the company to establish itself in the global Strategic market. Only 2 decades back INDO WEBSEC was inaugurated to fulfill this vision.
Since past 2 decades the company has developed a vast experience and ability to assess the attractiveness and performance of the financial investment Decision. The company has been maintaining the traditional principal-agent relationship by implementing the ideas of trustworthiness, loyalty, fidelity, stewardship and concern for others .The Company has financial consultants in Indian offices based on Corporate Culture.

Nitin Aggarwal, aged 42 years is a commerce graduate having professional degrees of Chartered Accountancy as well as Company Secretaries. He is a promoter Mindex group having interest in the business of stock broking & financial services.
His Total working experience consists of 22 years of working in various capacities including general administration, compliance management and operations.
Mr. Krishan Kumar Aggarwal
Krishan Kumar Aggarwal aged 45 years is a commerce graduate having professional degree of Chartered Accountacy as well as degree of Bachelor in Law from Delhi University. He is practicing as a Chartered Accountant since 2003 as a managing partner with KPSP & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Apart from this he is also a promoter of Mindex group having interest in the business of stock broking & financial services.
His total working experience consists of 25 years of working in various fields including administration, business development and professional practice.
Mr. Tarsem Kumar Jain
Mr. Tarsem Kumar Jain, aged 60 years, is a non executive promoter category Director of the Company.He appointed as Ordinary Independent Director of the company holds Bachelor of Arts Degree from Punjab University. He is having a rich experience of nearby five decades in equity stock trading. He joined the Board of Directors of the company with effect from 20th March; 2020.He has the expertise of four decades in manufacturing the conveyor belts, transmission rubber belting, rubber compound and rubber sheet etc. He also heads the trading firm of toiletries good like soap, detergent etc..

Mr. Sunit Gupta, aged 36 years, is a non executive Independent Director of the Company. At a young age Mr. Sunit Gupta’s Financial excellence and his rich experience of more than 2 decades in providing Financial consultancy to major corporate and financial house and industry leading firms, has made him one of the most trustful and reputed business tycoon

Ms. Deepika Jain aged 42 years, is a non executive Independent Director of the Company. She is having rich experience in the field of Astrology & Vastu.
