Fruition was founded with the vision of engaging in financial trading and investment activities. With the rapid pace of globalization, the management recognized early the need to strategically position the Company in the global market and create a resilient, forward-looking enterprise.
Over the past three decades, the Company has built its reputation on a strong foundation of trust, loyalty, stewardship, and a commitment to stakeholders, consistently upholding the traditional principal–agent relationship in both spirit and practice.
Strategic Diversification
In line with its vision for sustainable growth, the Company has diversified its operations into high-potential sectors:
1. Polymer Business:
The Company has established a state-of-the-art injection moulding facility, beginning operations with two machines and steadily expanding to five machines. Its core focus is on contract manufacturing for established brands, delivering precision, quality, and scalable production capacity.
2. Consumer Goods:
Under its proprietary brand “Pure Soft,” the Company has introduced a line of wet wipes, including Baby Wipes and Refreshing Wipes. Efforts are underway to broaden distribution, strengthen market presence, and build brand recognition.

Board of Directors
Mr. Nitin Aggarwal
Nitin Aggarwal, aged 42 years is a commerce graduate having professional degrees of Chartered Accountancy as well as Company Secretaries. He is a promoter Mindex group having interest in the business of stock broking & financial services.
His Total working experience consists of 22 years of working in various capacities including general administration, compliance management and operations.
Mr. Krishan Kumar Aggarwal
Krishan Kumar Aggarwal aged 45 years is a commerce graduate having professional degree of Chartered Accountacy as well as degree of Bachelor in Law from Delhi University. He is practicing as a Chartered Accountant since 2003 as a managing partner with KPSP & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Apart from this he is also a promoter of Mindex group having interest in the business of stock broking & financial services.
His total working experience consists of 25 years of working in various fields including administration, business development and professional practice.
Ms. Shefali Kesarwani
Ms. Shefali Kesarwani aged 32, is a non executive Independent Director of the Company. She is a qualified Company Secretary and having rich experience in the field of Secretarial practices and Corporate systems.
Mr. Amit Singh Tomer
Mr. Amit Singh Tomar aged 42, is a non executive Independent Director of the Company. He is a qualified Company Secretary and having rich experience in the field of Company Law, Legal & Commercial systems.
